Reporting an Insurance Claim

In the event that you need to report a claim, it is always advisable to contact us, prior to reporting the claim to the insurance company directly. We will review your claim with you and make you aware of your options and the possible effect it will have on your current insurance situation. Once completed, we will be pleased to report your claim for you.

In the event that your claim is an Emergency, occurring after normal business hours, and you require immediate assistance, call any of the following claim hotlines. Please be advised that once your claim has been reported, we are unable to advise you further with respect to the possible effect it may have on your current insurance situation.

Auto Claim

When reporting an auto claim, please have the following information available, in addition to your own personal details:
  • The name, address, and phone number of the other party.
  • Their insurance company and policy number would helpful.

Property Claim
Take every measure necessary to avoid further damage to your property. Failing to do so could result in the denial of coverage for any additional damage. Retain any receipts, invoices, appraisals or pictures to assist with the resolution of your claim.
