  • We select from a large number of insurance companies, the one that is best suited to your needs.
  • We periodically review your insurance programs to make sure they still fit your changing needs.
  • We provide you with your own Account Manager. To make sure someone is always available when you call, DLK has an Account Manager assigned specifically to you. They will be heavily involved from the beginning in the design of your insurance policies. We have 4 Commercial Account Managers. If your specific manager is not available someone from their team will be able to step in and take care of your needs. This is in addition to your broker. They are familiar with your coverage and are aware of your requirements and needs. When you call us we will be there. Our goal is to provide you with first call service.
